A PERMANENT STRUCTURE WITHIN THE STADIUM FOR ON-DEMAND CUSTOMIZATION
As a long-time licensee for the NBA®, STAHLS’ recently partnered with the Miami Heat to deliver quick-turn jerseys for their retail stores. The HEAT has won the NBA Team Retailer of the Year award six times and are constantly pushing the envelope on creativity. During the 2021/22 season, the HEAT came up with the concept for the ‘Miami Mashup’ jersey, where they selected different letters and numbers from previous year’s uniforms to create an iconic look. Working together, we were able to provide a unique experience within the FTX Arena, supplying the space with everything they needed—from custom designs and equipment, to the order taking process and letters/numbers for the space—creating the ultimate fan customization experience.
A TEMPORARY DISPLAY IN COLLABORATION WITH LEGENDS FOR FAN GEAR BEFORE THE BIG GAME
STAHLS’ brought fans who attended the Super Bowl their very own Draft-like experience through the NFL-themed store located at Caesars Palace. Once you entered the store, there was a sign which read “Powered by STAHLS’” showing they used our heat presses and materials to create custom fan shirts and jerseys. For the full two weeks leading up to the Super Bowl, customers could stop by our temporary activation in the Fan Zone, across from SoFi Stadium, to get their personalized custom jersey within minutes. STAHLS’ team members were on-site operating Hotronix® heat presses to apply various materials to blank NFL® jerseys, providing memories of a lifetime.
A TENT DISPLAY FOR ADDED T-SHIRT PERSONALIZATION
The STAHLS’ team was on-site in Las Vegas customizing T-shirts and jerseys for both fans and players using their on-demand heat printing technology. The team raced against the clock with a two-minute deadline between the team making their selection and league announcing the pick as the player walked across the stage to meet with the Commissioner. In 2022, fans got the ultimate experience in the Fan Zone, a temporary activation, and at the NFL Store, a permanent location inside Caesars Palace. The activation in the Fan Zone, called the Draft Experience, is made possible thanks to a long-time partnership with clothing brand, Legends. For over 10 years, we’ve been personalizing clothing from Legends, giving sports fans a one-of-a-kind garment they can proudly wear at any event. Fans can customize Draft T-shirts using the same Hotronix heat presses and proprietary heat transfer technologies being used behind-the-scenes for the drafted players.
IN-STORE CUSTOMIZATION OF JERSEYS AND HATS BROUGHT TO YOU BY OUR NFL PARTNER, LEGENDS
The NFL Store, located at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace, offers an assortment of fan gear for all ages. They wanted to add an activation that enhanced the customer experience and gave them the opportunity to walk away with a custom jersey, shirt, hat, and more. With four pieces of equipment and a team of sports lovers and heat printers alike, they are decorating jerseys and hats year-round, allowing sports fans to get what they want, when they want it most. While hard-working athletes are preparing for the biggest interview of their lives, the Combine, STAHLS’ is behind-the-scenes making sure they look as good as the pros. Using durable and dependable materials, we can ensure these participants can show off their athleticism without restrictions. Not only are we responsible for producing all their kits before the event, which contain the branded apparel and accessories they’ll need to get noticed by coaches, managers, and scouts, but we’re also on-site to make any size changes so they can perform at their best no matter what.
ON-DEMAND CUSTOMIZATION OF APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES FOR ATHLETES AND FANS
With our partners at the NOBULL CrossFit Games®, we’ve been fortunate to create personalized kits for the fittest athletes and fan apparel for the strongest supporters. Our STAHLS’ DFC team spends countless hours decorating over 20 pieces for each athlete to wear during the workouts, each complete with their name, their gym, and country they represent. Not only did we deliver over 20,000 pieces of apparel for last year’s event, but we sent a team to the games to make any on-site changes for the participants, not limited to delivering leader garments within a 15-minute window between events. This was an amazing experience for both the athletes to have that custom one-on-one experience, and DFC to showcase their ability to decorate on-demand with their innovative technologies.
